The South West Community Foundation AGM 2026 will bring together supporters, grant recipients, partners and community members to reflect on the year, hear about the impact of local grants and celebrate the people contributing to communities across our region.
Join us for our 2026 AGM and celebration on Thursday 15 October at the Koroit Theatre Supper Room. Doors open at 5.15 pm for a 5.30 pm start, with the evening concluding at 7.00 pm.
Along with the formal AGM proceedings, the evening will include the launch of our 2026 Impact Report, insights from grant recipients and a special guest presentation from Sarah Hardy.
Celebrating the year and its impact
Our AGM is an opportunity to look back on the past year, share what has been achieved and recognise the supporters, partners and community organisations who have been part of it.
A highlight of the evening will be the launch of the South West Community Foundation 2026 Impact Report. The report captures the work of the past year and the impact of grants, partnerships and local giving across South West Victoria.
Importantly, guests will also hear from grant recipients themselves. Their stories provide a first-hand look at what is happening in our communities and how local organisations are turning ideas into practical outcomes.
Hear from Sarah Hardy
We are pleased to welcome Sarah Hardy as our guest speaker for the evening. Sarah will share the Community Foundations Australia story and insights into community philanthropy and its role in supporting strong, connected communities.
Her presentation will add a broader perspective to an evening focused firmly on the people and organisations making an impact here in South West Victoria.
