Create lasting impact through the South West Community Foundation

At the South West Community Foundation (SWCF), we believe strong communities are built by people who care.

For generations, people across South West Victoria have supported one another, created opportunities and worked together to make our region a better place to live. By establishing a fund or leaving a gift in your Will with SWCF, you can help continue this tradition of generosity and ensure your values live on for generations to come.

Your legacy can support the causes, communities and initiatives that matter most to you, helping create opportunities, strengthen local organisations and respond to the changing needs of our region.

A lasting legacy for the community you love!

A gift to SWCF is more than a donation. It is an investment in the future of our communities.

Your generosity can help:

  • support local ideas and community-led solutions;
  • strengthen not-for-profit organisations;
  • create opportunities for future generations;
  • preserve the places, stories and connections that make our region unique;
  • respond to emerging community needs.

Through our community knowledge, partnerships and grant-making experience, SWCF connects generosity with meaningful impact — ensuring funds raised in our community can be invested back into our community.

Why partner with SWCF?

The South West Community Foundation provides a trusted local pathway for philanthropy. We understand the people, places and priorities of our region and work alongside donors, families, businesses and organisations to create meaningful and lasting impact.

Whether you establish a named fund, contribute to an existing initiative or include SWCF in your Will, your generosity becomes part of a broader legacy of community giving.

Your values. Your vision. Your lasting impact.

A gift through SWCF is a way to say:

“I believe in this community. I believe in its people. I want to help create a stronger future for generations to come.”

Together, we can ensure the spirit of generosity that defines South West Victoria continues to grow.
